"I bought the digital downloads after my race…"
I bought the digital downloads after my race, and it was mostly fine!!! Finding my photos wasn’t too hard, but a few of them definitely weren’t me, and there were some duplicates too!!! Checkout went through without any real issues, but the download link took a little longer to show up than I expected. I also had to refresh the page once because it seemed like it got stuck!!! Once I finally got the photos, the quality was decent. I just wish the whole process had been a bit smoother!!! Not terrible, not amazing, just kind of in the middle!!!

"easy checkout after race day"
i bought my race photos on MarathonFoto and it was simple. i found my pictures, picked the ones i wanted, and checked out without any issues. the page loaded fine, and the confirmation email showed up right away. nothing felt confusing, which i really appreciated after being tired from the race

"Canceling felt way harder than it needed to"
I ordered some race photos, then changed my mind quickly and tried to cancel. The website really wasn’t clear about whether I still could or what the next steps were, so I ended up emailing support. They did reply, but it felt like I had to keep asking and almost beg just to get a straight answer. The refund info was vague, slow, and at first I only got part of the answer, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it should’ve been. It wasn’t the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, but for something this simple, I definitely walked away annoyed.

"Way Better Than I Expected"
I didn’t think this was going to work that well at first. I put in my bib number and boom, most of my photos showed up right away. Then the face recognition found a few extra ones too, which was actually cool. I was ready to be annoyed and spend forever scrolling, but nope, it handled it. Accurate overall

"Prints Were Just Okay"
The prints came out okay, but they looked a bit dull and not as sharp or vibrant as I expected. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them to deliver better quality, because I was hoping for something that looked more professional

"Glad I Found My Photos, But It Took Some Digging"
I eventually found my race after a few tries, but the event name was a little confusing at first. The photos were definitely there, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to miss out on them after the race. It just wasn’t super easy to track everything down right away.

"Am I Missing Something?"
The photos turned out okay overall, but am I missing something with the framing? A lot of the shots felt kind of random, like the subjects weren’t really centered or intentionally placed. Not terrible, just not quite what I was expecting.

"Nice photos, but a little pricey"
The photos turned out decent, and finding them afterward was super easy, which I appreciated because I’m usually terrible at keeping track of that kind of stuff. i almost forgot to check them until later because I got distracted grabbing coffee nearby. I ended up buying the package anyway, but the price felt a bit steep for what you actually get. I just wish there had been a cheaper option or maybe a smaller package.

I got my marathon photos, the order was exactly right. It was the right runner, the right race, and none of the downloads were missing. I know people sometimes expect something to go wrong with this kind of thing, but in my case it was straightforward. Nothing weird happened, and I’m happy with it.

"Better Than I Expected"
By the time I got past mile 20, I’m sure I looked like I was questioning every life choice that led me there, so I wasn’t too sure what to expect from the race photos. I figured there’d be maybe one decent shot if I was lucky, and probably a bunch where I looked completely wrecked. There are definitely a few funny faces in there, but that’s on me lol. I was actually surprised though, the photos came out really clear, the colors look nice, and they captured some great moments from the course. I’m glad I ended up buying them.

"Nice memories, but the photo quality could be better"
I ordered my race photos from marathonfoto and overall they were just okay. Finding my pictures was simple, which I appreciated, especially compared to some event photo sites where you end up scrolling forever. The main downside for me was the resolution. A few of the downloaded shots looked softer than I expected, and for the price, I was hoping they’d be a bit sharper. I’m still glad to have the memories from the race, but compared to other professional event photos I’ve bought before, these didn’t feel quite as clear. Three stars feels about right.

"Pretty easy to find my race photos"
I was actually surprised how quickly I found my marathon pictures. I just used the bib search, typed in my number, and it pulled up my photos without me having to scroll through a million random runners, which was nice because I really didn’t feel like hunting forever. Checkout was straightforward too, nothing weird or confusing, just the usual steps, so I didn’t second-guess what I was doing. I also did the whole thing on my phone, and the site loaded fine for me, which made it easy to zoom in a bit, compare the shots, and pick the ones I actually liked...

"Wish I’d Reached Out Sooner"
I had a question about my race photos and didn’t expect much when I sent a message. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and actually answered my question clearly. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was sorted, which I really appreciated. My only regret is not reaching out sooner instead of waiting around wondering. Overall, it was a really easy and helpful experience...

"I found more photos of myself than…"
I found more photos of myself than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Some of them were really clear and captured great moments, especially near the finish line. There were a few parts of the course where I didn’t see many pictures, so I was kind of hoping for a little more there. But overall, the photo availability was good and it was easy enough to look through everything.
